When he's not steering us toward success (does he ever stop?), you'll find him globe-trotting with his family, cheering on his kids in sports and activities, and going shoeless on the golf course. Brett thrives on the industry's ever-changing landscape and continuous learning opportunities, and he's thankful for our fantastic team that makes work a blast.

Chris

General Manager

Let's introduce Chris, our dedicated General Manager, who brings ten years of water conditioning experience to the table, with an impressive seven-year stint at Frakco, Inc. When he's not in work mode, you'll find him coaching and spectating hockey, enjoying a round or two on the golf course, and cherishing quality time with family. Chris loves the industry's dynamic water challenges and the opportunity for continuous learning. What's his favorite part about working at Frakco? The flexibility, laid-back atmosphere, and the incredible team members. We're truly fortunate to have Chris on board!

Gordy

Water Conditioning Veteran

Introducing Gordy, our Water Conditioning Veteran, with a whopping 36 years of experience in the field, and an impressive 16 of those years at Frakco, Inc. When Gordy isn't hard at work servicing commercial systems and performing equipment wizardry, he's out there enjoying ATV rides, hitting the open road on his motorcycle, and unleashing his inner mechanic in the garage. Gordy embraces the daily challenges the water conditioning industry offers. His favorite part about working at Frakco? The close-knit family environment without any drama! We consider ourselves lucky to have you, Gordy!

Tanner

Warehouse Assembler

Introducing Tanner, our skilled Warehouse Assembler, who has been making a splash in the water conditioning industry for one year right here at Frakco, Inc. When Tanner isn't meticulously assembling your complete water conditioning system, he's skillfully working on woodworking projects. Tanner is captivated by the ever-evolving technology and diverse techniques that enhance water quality. His favorite part about being a part of the Frakco team? Logistics Manager

Say hello to Adam, our Logistics Manager, with an impressive 17-year tenure in the water conditioning industry, all right here at Frakco, Inc! When Adam isn't expertly managing the construction and delivery of your complete water conditioning systems, he's showcasing his pool table trick shots, breaking a sweat in at the gym, and enjoying leisurely rounds of golf! Adam embraces the ever-changing pace of the water conditioning industry, a constant source of mental stimulation. His favorite part about working at Frakco? The fantastic coworkers who make it all worthwhile! We're pleased to have you, Adam!

Matt

Commercial Service Manager

Introducing Matt, our Commercial Service Manager! Matt has immersed himself in the water conditioning industry for 5 years right here at Frakco, Inc. When Matt isn't on the move, ensuring the efficient service and estimates of commercial-grade systems and providing valuable troubleshooting support, he's striving to achieve birdies on the golf course. In the summer, Matt dons his full dad-mode persona and meticulously takes care of his yard. (New Balance tennis shoes, high socks, and jorts included) and during college football season, Saturdays are all about passionately cheering for “Bama” (ROLL TIDE!) However, his most cherished pastime is undoubtedly spending quality time with his wife and three daughters. Matt is drawn to the water conditioning industry by the captivating challenge of solving various water issues, including nitrates, iron, TDS, and much more. What he values most about working at Frakco? The flexibility, the growth-oriented mindset, and the encouragement and freedom to experiment with new methods and ideas. We're genuinely honored to have you as a part of our Frakco Family!

Cody

Shipping Operations

Introducing Cody, the man behind our seamless shipping operations, with 3 years of expertise in the water conditioning industry all here at Frakco. When he's not optimizing shipping schedules or packing orders, he's out in the wild, hunting and fishing with his trusty sidekick, Shadow. Cody is also a sports enthusiast and ready to talk all things sports related. He finds the water industry fascinating due to: "The endless knowledge behind something as 'simple' as water." Cody enjoys his co-workers and the knowledge they bring to the team, as well as the work/life balance provided by Frakco. We are delighted to have you as part of the team, Cody!

Sara

Executive Assistant

Introducing Sara, Our Executive Assistant: Sara embarked on her journey in the water conditioning industry with Frakco, Inc. in June 2023. When she's not busy assisting her colleagues and tending to various tasks, like crafting social media content and updating literature, she enjoys the thrill of playing volleyball and losing herself in the pages of a great book. Her true joy, though, comes from spending valuable moments with family and friends. For Sara, the water conditioning industry's commitment to continuous improvement is a constant source of delight. She also appreciates the excellent work/life balance, her wonderful co-workers, and the support to think creatively and push boundaries at Frakco.
